JOB PURPOSE:

While reporting to the VP, Construction the Estimator’s primary duty is to grow the company by achieving sales and profitability objectives for new projects through comprehensive cost estimating and project award. Strong attention to detail is a must!

DESIRED BACKGROUND:

Experience estimating within the commercial construction industry
Demonstrable ability to meet multiple proposal deadlines
Strong mathematical acumen
Existing relationships with architects, construction managers and subcontractors
Post-Secondary education in a relevant discipline

To be able to manageable several estimates at once

To execute estimates using On-Screen Takeoff and SAGE 300
